Indexhibit

I was interested in Indexhibit, this web application to build your own website. Their "Installation for Dummies" seems to break down the process even further, including steps to take before you use their program. And on their home page, they display 5o websites that use their program, and many seem to be artists' websites. I was first introduced to this program by seeing the website of a local artist who was using it, and I was attracted to the simple layout. I plan on giving it a try while putting together my own website.
